Is daydreaming a mental disorder?

Like if your addicted to it so much you can't focus on reality.I been having that problem ever since I was 8.I don't know what it's like to be normal.

It's not a mental disorder but if your day dreams are becoming your reality, thats when you need to see someone about it.

It's not a mental disorder, it's just your own way of escaping reality.

i don't think so some people thinks that it's a rim/ doorway into whats real and whats fake i would read lots of books and even if you can focus still try to read it and understand it
