Is 55C under load a good temp for my air cooled PC?

I have an i7 2600k, not overclocked at the moment and I was playing some Left 4 Dead 2 maxed out graphics wise and my temps got to about 55 degrees C. Is that a good temp? Also my EVGA GeForce GTX 560 got to like 70 degrees C. Is that also okay?

As a rule, CPU's and GPU's are designed to run with temperatures of up to 80 C without failing. I would be a little concerned with the GPU temp being that much higher than the CPU. Was that a peak temp or constant? You should use compressed air to blow any dust from your fans at least once a month, use a pen to prevent the fans from spinning while cleaning them (also be sure to do this with the PC turned off). Use short bursts and pause to allow the air can to warm to avoid condensation.
