I left my babys powder formula bottle already made out for 6 hours is it still okay?

    No, it is not okay. Powdered formula is not sterile, and any bacteria grows quickly at room temperature. Even if it had started out sterile, you should not use it. Dump it out now, please.

    It should say right on the powder formula package that, once mixed, it should be used within an hour. Dump the one you made 6 hours ago and thoroughly wash the bottle.
