    E = kq/r^2

    k = 9*10^9 , q = 3.05*10^-3C , r = 0.300 (assuming that it is in metres)

    a)E = 9*10^9 * 3.05*10^-3/(0.300)^2

    b) E = 12.4 , q = 3.05*10^-3C , r = ?

    12.4 = 9*10^9*3.05*10^-3/r^2

    r^2 = 9*3.05*10^6/12.4
