Are Silver Coins okay to use in freshwater aquarium?

hey guys, I asked a question about gold but am now wondering about silver coins since gold is a bit too expensive, would pure silver coins not change the chemical balance of an aquarium and would it be safe to use? Please let me know, thank you very much :)

People only use metals in a aquarium when fish are sick as there are certain metals that can help but you SHOULD NOT put them in the tank for decor. It'll make the chemicals go all out of whack. Like, you can put pennies in the aquarium to get rid of parasites, but with moderation and care.

No metals in your tank. None. At all. Any can potentially cause detrimental effects in a tank and it is a waste of money AND will look crap after a while!
