Are names like Anita Mann or Ivana Koch demeaning to women, and should they be illegal?

    Only in a politically correct society which survives solely to get the female nod, would these names be illegal.

    No, they shouldn't be illegal. Would we ban someone whose full name was Benjamin Dover just because the shortened version might be "offensive" to thin skinned people?

    Reading Int20's answer . . . I'm reminded of the name "Ivana H-umpalot" from one of those Austin Powers movies.

    Here are some real names - "Mike Litoris", "Mahboobeh", . . . I didn't invent these names - and I don't want to write down some of the other names [with proof that they exist] in the link below.
