unless in manager positions then
salary which is not hourly.
2nd where McD's located?
3rd to earn 8.50 hourly u must work
produce more than 7.25 hourly people
do and do it for longer time.

Obviously you can only work at McDonald's. You need to learn to spell kid. Almost all employees make an hourly wage not a salary. You need to work there a while and then you will get raises.
