You should learn some Disney songs :) this guy named Kyle Landry on YouTube has the best Disney piano covers. If you do decide to do Disney, Colors of the Wind, I Can go the Distance, and A Whole new World are a couple tracks that really stood out for me :)

Viva la vida by Coldplay! I know you said no pop, but this song sounds fantastic on the piano

Somewhere over the rainbow - the israel k. Version (a more modern approach to Judy garlands)

Turkish march is super impressive if you master it)

Just think of a song that makes you happy, and play it! Be happy you can play the piano and create beautiful music! :) ((because I sure can't))
