I'm a vendor, and if someone came to me to return an item that was ruined by negligence, would I accept them? Of course not!
I'm not a pawn shop!
Like I said before, it was caused by NEGLIGENCE plus they've been laundered. How can I sell that shirt NOW?
If you bought a gallon of milk, and it was dropped outside the store, and spilled milk in their parking lot, YES, they'd take it back. But shirt that was laundered & melted, even by accident? Don't think so!
Update: I'll take that back . . . if you bought one of my products hair clips or pins (example my profile flower hair clip), and the metal came off, or the flower came apart, I do give an exchange, just to make my customers happy, they're even washable! But, if the pin or clip broke, I'll even make an exchange or give their money back! Reason? They're defective!
A good customer service, WOULD GIVE YOU CENTS OFF DISCOUNT for anything in their store, but 100% return or exchange on another shirt, I don't think so.
