How is my diet meal plan?

Breakfast (will change everyday)

Rice with tofu soup and kimchi

Snack:
Apple
Banana
Milk

Lunch:
Rice with scrambled eggs and hot pepper paste

Snack:
Welch Fruit Snack
3 diced Watermelon

Dinner:
Cucumber and grapes.

In total about 1300 calories :) So how is it?
Update: oh for my breakfast, i forgot to mention i also had fat-less chicken the size of my fist in the soup :)
