1hour of weightlifting: how active is it?

i do an hour of strenuous weightlifting a day, 7 days a week. Is that moderately active or very active? i'm trying to work out how many calories i need to maintain my weight
Update: it's to the extent that i'm sweating buckets and my arms are really aching for a while after, not to the point that i'm going to pass out or something like that
