What the best workout routine for me? ?

Okay so the thing is I don't need to lose weight.. I am a healthy weight for my size. (I am 5'1 and weigh 100lbs.) so yeah.. I just need to like tone up.. Because the only place I'm chunky in is my belly. And I just want a skinny and flat belly(and maybe so little abs). And I need to get in shape cause I play basketball and softball so I need to be in shape for that. Plus im gonna be junior high(7th grade) so I need to be in shape.:) but yeah so what's the workout routine for me. And not no big one just one to get me in shape and to have a skinnier belly?
