Why does International Olympic Committee rejects Israel request of courtesy for minute of silence?

    That's a good question. no need to be afraid! they should respect the people that have died in the massacre and their families as well. it's just a minute, let's all sign and vote for it!

    Israel is not the host country, so I doubt they'll get to decide what is done, but to answer they are afraid of disruption of the olympics in the future. What if the palestinians request that there be a moment of silence for Deir Yassin? What if a future olympics in turkey had a memorial for the murder of Armenians? It could get out of hand quickly.

    Something will happen this Olympics. My guess is the Zionists will be involved. Keep your eyes and ears open.
