You're very lucky with your genetics - with olive skin you can wear both blue-based and orange-based red lipsticks, and with eyes that are almost black, you can pull off almost any eye makeup colour because nothing can really clash with black!
As for the hair - if you're looking to do a makeover, maybe head to the hair dressers and get a trim and reshape, as well as if your hair is a bit damaged you could get a treatment done, and if it's healthy enough, maybe dye it one or two shades different (if you have brown hair, dye it darker or add a red tint to it). If it's a minor colour change, you should be able to dye the extensions to match without damaging them, only if they're made with natural hair. You should DEFINITELY embrace your wavy hair! I have naturally wavy hair too, and when I was younger I straightened it every single day for a year because I thought it looked longer, too. But then it just completely died! It's now long, blonde and wavy, and I only use heat tools on it when I'm going out. Getting regular treatments will make your hair AMAZINNGGGG as well :))
For the fashion - go shopping, try things on that you wouldn't usually try. Finding your style isn't as easy as it sounds and it definitely doesn't happen over night. You need to find what suits your body and what suits your personality, as well as what you feel comfortable in. Don't just follow the latest trends or buy the expensive brands because everyone else is - make your wardrobe completely personal and find things that make you get excited to get dressed everyday! No one can tell you exactly what you should wear, because you are the only person that truly knows your body and personality. Sure, there are guidelines, but the best way to find out is to go out and try everything until you find a wardrobe of flattering clothes that match your personality perfectly :)
P.s. - embrace your ability to wear high heels! I'm 6 foot tall so I rarely get to wear them even though they make everything look better (legs longer, posture more straight, butt tighter, everything thinner!), so definitely invest in some great heels as well!
