air force jobs that will guarantee to help wounded people?

can i get names of the jobs in the air force that get on choppers an help wounded people off and on the battle filed, and a guarantee

    Pararescue Jumpers (PJ) do the rescuing in the Air Force.

    Those are mostly (90+%) done by Army MEDEVAC units.

    Lets say in A-stan right now..on the odd chance that an Air Force person is out on a convoy and gets hit by an IED...it isn't going to be a PJ flying in to get him..but a US Army MEDEVAC chopper and evac team.

    PJs are a very finite resource usually reserved for the rescue of downed pilots and other high value personnel...
