Ok fellow fluties, so how do I even begin practicing Francois Borne's Carmen Fantasie?

I cannot seem to get the fingers correct anywhere, and it's SO fast. I think this is the first piece that I have really struggled with, but I'm not going to give up.. I am determined! Please help, thanks!
