Are Jehovah's Witness Elders explaining the Conti Lawsuit to their congregants?
Are the elders of Jehovah's witnesses openly explaining what happened in the legal system regarding the recent Conti abuse case that the Watchtower corporation lost nearly 25 Million dollars?
Do they talk to the members about why this happened?
Is there any reason why they would not tell their rank and file members?
I believe they are not telling them.
Are Jehovah's Witness Elders explaining the recent Conti lawsuit to their Congregation members?

I think they are hoping nobody will find out. Here is some information I discovered:
"Associated Press and other newspapers reported Candace Conti asked for a symbolic 144,000 pennies but instead got $28 million awarded by a jury because a 1989 document by Watchtower itself proved Watchtower hides and shelters pedophiles among Jehovah’s Witnesses such as the one who molested her.
From about 2000 to June 2012 Watchtower settled lawsuits quietly out of court and media light for under $1 million each, but now more cases will certainly go to juries. See the current Elders’ manual Chapter 3, section 19 still enabling pedophiles to stay Elders.
Watchtower has had to keep selling Brooklyn skyscrapers, putting debit-credit card money machines in U.S. assembly and some convention sites, compacting halls, etc. This is said to be for more efficiency but in fact it’s to get more money. Watchtower has been donated lots of money but has had to pay out so much for settlements etc that although rich in assets like real estate, it’s poor in liquid cash.
An updated website is publishing leaked Watchtower documents globally supplied by Bethelites, District and Circuit Overseers, local Elders and others."Source(s): http://www.jwleaks.org/

While previously they have touted Jehovah defending their organization through court judgements, they are now quite quiet on this judgement in particular.
While there was an official response from their media outlet it hasn't been mentioned in any official capacity to its membership.
Many Witnesses haven't read the information of the case even though it is all public record. Instead, they make baseless claims about the victim. One memorable quote from a "loving" Witness said that Jehovah could read her heart condition and knew not to protect her from the abuse.
Amazing the leaps Witnesses will go through to keep up the facade that they are actually blessed by Jehovah.

Vot, assuming you have recieved the iteration from the District convention; the e book "save Yourselves in GOD'S LOVE" web site 209 has a factor on Head Coverings - whilst and Why? which could sparkling up any questions you have in this subject be counted. i think of by the wording of your question, the sister would go with to placed on a head overlaying in a presence of a baptised brother if she is the single undertaking the bible be taught, like say in case you're taking alongside your C.O on your bible be taught, and the be taught feels extra gentle in case you nevertheless carried out the consultation - particularly of turning in the reins to the Overseer for a million day. wish this facilitates.

No. Their organization is shrouded with a high degree of secrecy. This includes financial matters as well as their numerous legal problems.
