Movie Theater release dates in Europe?

Hi, I was wondering, Are movies/cinemas released before or after the U.S.?

Usually, Movies are released a week or two after it's release in the U.S.

But, in rare situations, when a Movie is so anticipated by the viewers, they

have a World-Wide release Date, where the Movie is released to everyone

around the World at the same time, on the same day.
