Can I Legally have tinted windows on a vehicle with antique tags?

I Have a 79 Chevrolet Silverado I would like to put chrome valve covers on and tint the windows. I already have it licensed as an antique. It will be all original otherwise. This is in the state of Arkansas if that makes a difference. The DMV website says it must be "relatively" free of modification.

I couldn't find much information researching so any input is greatly appreciated. The valve covers I don't care so much about but the tinted windows would help preserve the interior and make summer time driving more enjoyable.
