Question about Fidel Castro...................?
out of all the American Presidents he had to deal with, which one would you say posed the biggest challenge and frustration for him?(meaning which one made his position as leader of Cuba come closest to the brink of jeopardy?)

John Kennedy. The Bay of Pigs invasion was a failure, but it put actual military pressure on Castro that he was forced to overcome. Then there was the Cuban missile crisis, when Kennedy backed the Soviets down. Castro lost some face there.
That being said, Castro is the Cuban George Washington. He led them to freedom and the Cubans have not forgotten that. If we had welcomed him and worked with him Cuba would be close to our 51st state instead of an enemy.
Once Castro has died the Cubans will go their own way. They respect him too much to break his heart but once he is gone they will move on. They will not forget our stupid embargo, however.

Obama. Castro always considered himself to be a model socialist, but Obama is so left wing he makes Castro seem like Donald Trump.
