How do you say "conceived in my heart" in Latin?

I have used the online translator tools, but I would prefer to get confirmation from someone who actually know Latin or has studied it in depth.

Concepta in corde meo.The participle (conceptus) has to agree with the gender of whatever you are talking about. I assumed 'res (thing)', a feminine noun.
