    Canada's a kingdom, America's a republic. They're not connected.

Two different countries, two separate holidays for their respective independence.

Canada's birthday, as others pointed out, is on July 1st.

And it was definitely celebrated with fireworks:

July 4th is just another day in Canada. Our big day is July 1st - Canada Day. There were lots of fireworks then. (Well, for most of Canada - I'm in the far north where the sun is still up at midnight, so, none here).

Canada, and the USA have a common border, but, we are independent countries.

Yes the United States and Canada are connected. We even share a border in some places. Yes there are Fireworks in Canada. They are in many cities and towns and they are on MANY days of the year.

It is possible to have Fireworks more than ONE DAY of the Year come to Canada and enjoy a visual treat.

You're 3 days late. Canada Day is the 1st and they do have fireworks.

Probably not because it is the day of independence of the United States, not Canada.

No fireworks. But they are having a huge picnic at the American embassy in Ottawa. About 4000 people are in attendance.

Not for the 4th of July. They do it for their independence holiday.

The celebration of Lights in Vancouver runs during the summer months and it is a great event. http://www.workplacementcanada.com/
