    This research to experimental and simulation methods to predict the shape of the cold wind of blast furnace diameter area. In the text under the careful study of the two-dimensional and three-dimensional models, use a different operation parameters, to explore different parameters for wind path shapes and wind trail classes effects of hysteresis effects. Experimental results show that different stretch in length because the edge (wall) effect and make the wind path depth changes; different angle can cause the wind path location change; different stock pile height for high wind trail area, depth changes; different blast nozzle height for fluid flow effects. The study also found, the use of sorghum particle experiments, tend to form a larger shape of wind trail area, this is because the particle fragmentation because of mutual impact of sorghum, which fractured particles will be blocking the pore diameter area the wind, resulting in wind diameter sizes larger than the plastic particles.
