If the AFCA is so bad, Why did the Heritage Foundation AKA Republicans write it?
- Anonymous8 years agoBest Answer
Because at the time they wrote it they were protecting what they truly care for, corporations. When Clinton wanted to have businesses pay for health care, they countered with the individual mandate. It shows republicans are willing to screw over the people for their real masters. They only went against it to screw the president. Let's not forget, these are the same people who filibustered the payroll tax cut extension last year. Going against their core principles, just because Obama said they should. Obama needs to come out against suicide.

What is AFCA?
It's called ObamaTax, ObamaCare, ObummerCare, or ObamaCrap.
The Heritage Foundation did not write it. They have been opposing it since its infancy.

RomneyCare has been a failure in Massachusetts. Republicans did indeed think individual mandates were a good idea at one time. Then they tried it, saw it failed and learned from the mistake.
Regrettably, Democrats did not learn from history.

They didn't, liar.
Not even ONE Republican was allowed to SEE PPACA until after it was SIGNED.
