B - Governor of Arkansas, six terms I believe, from 1978-1980, 1982-1992, twelve years.

He was also Attorney General of Arkansas, 1976-78. He had run unsuccessfully for Congress in 1974.

Hilary worked with Senator Dors on the impeachment proceedings against President Richard Nixon in 1974. Oddly enough, those rules were used against Bill Clinton in December 1998 during his impeachment proceedings.
