All spending bills, including the Department of Defense budget, MUST originate in the House of Representatives, which, the last time I checked, has a Republican majority.
Here is an article on the subject that you may find interesting:
The automatic spending trigger discussed in the second article is what YOUR Republican majority in the House of Representatives agreed to in exchange for preserving the Bush tax cuts.

Congress writes the spending bills.
You can thank Republicans for not wanting to end the tax cuts for the rich.

definite. He has in specific suggested that. we are spending a daft quantity on protection (extra extra wisely talked approximately as 'offense' the previous couple of years). it quite is why we've skyrocketing debt perfect now. McCain needs to improve this spending, and decrease taxes severely on the wealthiest 10% on a similar time. It only would not upload up. we desire a reliable protection, and component of that's no longer having your troops needlessly opened up on offense around the area. the army desires for use intelligently, no longer as a huge save on with whack each thing with.
