okay, so I weigh 135 pounds, but my waist is 34 inches. I checked my body fat and it was like in the mid 20's. I don't know if this is correct, because I have a flabby belly. My arms, chest, and legs are thin, so the fat is not distributed evenly. So does this like mess up the correct body fat %?

    Sounds about right, you can start a running routine if you'd like, thats a good way to burn fat/tone muscle all over the body
