I'm trying to do the same thing, started yesterday :-)
Cut out all sugar from your diet and you will see the pounds drop off, hey let's check back in a week and see how we're doing ;-)

15 pounds would, more appropriately, be lost in two to three months. Losing 15 pounds in one month would take starving yourself. Depending on your digestive system you would either metabolize 15 pounds of fat, or go into starving mode and lose just a few pounds while your health goes down the drain. I don't recommend attempting this. I did it before, and luckily I lost 7 pounds before going into starving mode which led to a lot of lethargy, foggy-headedness, and loss of muscle mass.

Its not exactly healthy to lose that much weight in two weeks.But just eat less than what you burn.You can find out how many calories you burn by calculating your BMR
