There are three relays in the Olympics:

    4 x 100 free relay

    4 x 200 free relay

    4 x 100 Medley relay

The OT's are also the Senior Nationals. So, there will be a consolation final before the final heat in each event. You can expect the finals to take 1.5 to 2 hours each day.

    In some meets there is a 4 x 50 free relay and a 4 x 50 Medley relay.

Women's 50m free- this would be two laps in a standard pool (25m) or one lap in a Olympic sized pool (50m). This race will last about 25 sec- 1 min.

    Men's 1500 m free- 60 laps in a standard pool, 30 in a Olympic. This usually lasts about 5min-20min
