Can counting calories cause you to eat more?
Like I have a total of 1500 and then I exercise and burn calories and then I feel I can eat more since I burned calories but I end up eating too much... should I just try and eat less without counting?

try 1200 without exercise then if you exercise and eat the other 300 after also depending on how many calories you burned exercising, it depends how much you can eat. As long as you eat less calories than you burn then you should be losing some weight.
