Why do i sleep so much?

I can sleep through a whole day.

Today I slept til 3am til like 5pm. Usually I sleep longer, plus I take naps throuought the day..?

I have depression. But is this bad that I'm sleeping this much?

  • Sleep isn't neccisaraly bad. On average people need 7-9 hourse of sleep. Any more and you become lethargic, which isn't good.

    I suggest setting up a regular sleeping pattern (10pm-6am)

    If you are still tired, go outside and play.

    It might be due to lack of sunshine, which is actually bad.

    you should only get about 8 hours of sleep, but your body is probably used to going to sleep for an extremely long time. You should probably start getting use to a sleep schedule (have an alarm so you get certain amounts of sleep and not too much), and try to get some activity to get some enegry, or drink coffee whenever you wake up.

    It's not healthy for anyone to sleep that much you should exercise more often to give you energy.

    Well since you have depression you are gunna be sleeping a lot , and no its not bad .
