Emancipation please help.?

I'll be 15 in october. But the other day me and my mom got into a huge fight. We always fight but I'm done with it. I don't wanna hear that I'm just another immature teenager. I don't want to tell the whole story. But I was wondering how old/how to get emancipated. And what could she do if I just decided to leave? I really need advice.

The minimum age is 16. It's usually only granted as an alternative to foster care, not because you don't get along with your mom. You would also need to prove you can provide for yourself and have a safe place to live. Few teenagers can realistically manage this.

If you just leave, your mother will call the police and report you as a runaway. They will find you and take you right back home. Anyone who tries to hide you could get in trouble too.
