Can Steam be installed on a different Hard Drive?
I have Steam which I use to play games on my PC. It automatically saves games to the C drive, but I want to configure it to go on another internal drive installed on my pc because the C drive is like 120GB for the OS and stuff, while the 2nd hard disk is 500GB for storage.
Will speed be affected if Steam is installed on another HDD?
I don't think it should, because it is internal, unlike the external ones that are connected by USB

Yes, you can install Steam and all of the game data to another hard drive. There could be a speed difference if your 2nd hard drive was slower or faster than your system drive (IE: 5400 rpm vs 7200 rpm vs SSD).
