Swimming with a tampon!?

Okay, I'm about to go swimming in like an hour & I'm using a tampon & I've never swam with a tampon before, does it hurt? Is there anything I should do or know? Will it be filled with water when I take it out? Helppp

You shouldn't feel a tampon at all once it's inserted properly. Your tampon will not fill with water as water cannot go up inside you. You should be fine, just follow the directions from the inside of the box and make sure your hands are clean when you put the tampon in :)

it doesn't hurt tampons don't hurt swimming with one is no different
