Need help with my Pokemon team on Black?

Ok, so I've decided to make a Pokemon team. I've chosen to have Latias, Milotic, Lucario, Serperior, Togekiss, and Ninetails. I'm still new to the whole strategy/smogon university/ EV. I just need to know what movesets I need to know, nature, what item it should hold, and how many ev points it should have. Please respond as soon as you can!
