How to quit a job when you have multiple bosses?

So I may quit my job in the near future, and I am planning to write a resignation letter.

However, I have over 10 managers and 1 owner.

I am not close to the owner at all, but I am fairly closer to a manager. He has helped me with my schedule and hours.

When resigning, who should I give the letter to?

My close manager, the Human Resource manager, or the owner himself?

My suggestion is to give the letter to the close manager. If you have over 10 managers, I understand why you want to quit that job!

Write the letter - at the bottom put:

    cc: Supervisor Name

    cc: HR Dept

Keep the original and give a copy to your supervisor and one to the HR department.

If you have email - even better.
