what is the voltage angle obtained by the power flow solution ? is it the power angle or the pf angle?
and what can we say if the angle is 1 degrees or -0.6 degrees ?

The voltage angle obtained by the power flow solution is the angle of each voltage with reference to the reference bus voltage. It is not pf angle, which is the angle between current in a branch and the node voltage. (Of course pf angle will be different for each branch connected to this node but voltage angle is just one for each node).
