Okay, so assuming your dance style is hip hop, it can vary on what skills you want to use. Ive been competing in hip hop for six years and judges like to see all sorts of things. Choreo is super important when it comes to creativity and telling a story or making a point with movements. Your wow factors will always be your bboy skills and tricks. Locking and tutting totally fall in with choreo and because they are so popular and have different difficulty levels they should be utilized differently by different members of the team or crew. My favorite ideas come from Poreotics. They were on ABDC if you dont know who they are and want to look them up. I hope this helped!
