How do I calculate the proportions of sample means? (Psych-Elem. Stats)?

The homework problem is:

A population of scores forms a normal distribution with a mean of 80 and a standard deviation of 10.

a.) What proportion of the scores have values between 75 and 85?

b.) For samples of n = 16, what proportion of the samples will have means between 75 and 85?

c.) If the proportion of "a" and "b" are not equal, explain why the inequality.

I have answered question A by calculating the z scores and adding them together, but when it gets to B and C, I am not sure what the next step is when it turns to sample means.

Could someone offer some insight? I feel like I'm learning a new language in this class.
