Why did this happen after I worked out?
I just did a hour work out, and when I was done, I started crying and I became irritable. I didn't cry hard, just a tiny bit. I feel good after I worked out, I just got very moody afterwards. I don't know if it's PMS because I start my period Wednesday. What do you think?
It might be my hormones. Not sure.

YES after you work out you endorphins are accelerated & ready to start your cycle is a very good reason to cry mood swing always go hand in hand with your cycle I find B vitamins always helped me or midol which ever works better for you. You are very normal try Ty Chi for exercise it helps to focus gives you a work out and brings you inner peace all I know it works for me...Source(s): Enjoy Life live laugh love
