Keltec plr-16 vs. century c93?

Century Arms has a hit-or-miss record on quality control from what I've read. However, assuming you get a decent one after you've had a chance to test fire it, I'd always choose a long gun (C93) over a pistol (PLR-16) for a truck gun/SHTF. The lack of shoulder stock is nearly always a hindrance to accurate shooting when compared to a rifle of the same caliber. The Kel Tec would not be a concealable pistol, nor would it be as easy to shoot as a rifle. I would say it is rather limited in use compared a "real" pistol or a rifle.
