What would really happen if Pakistan is heavily invaded?
Would Afghan and coalition forces be confronted by the Pakistan army etc.? Could Pakistan's insecure nuclear arsenal and Taliban sanctuaries be eliminated without igniting a major regional war involving other major powers?
The USA & allies are on a witch hunt to eliminate the world's nuclear weapons. Why would India allow Pakistan to be de-fanged? They could be next on the list!

This is naive thinking. There is a reason USA has not invaded Pakistan despite everything they say about Pakistan being in bed with Taliban. Pakistan is not a weak country militarily. They have the 7th largest army in the world with nuclear weapons. I don't know if you know this or not but Pakistan has a declared nuclear policy which states that Pakistan would launch nuclear weapons “if the very existence of Pakistan as a state is at stake." If usual deterrence fails, nuclear weapons would be unleashed under the following circumstances:
• Someone attacks Pakistan and conquers a large part of its territory;
• Someone destroys a large part of either Pakistan’s land or air forces;
• Someone attempts the economic strangulation of Pakistan;
• Someone pushes Pakistan into political destabilization or creates large-scale internal
subversion in Pakistan.
The first Pakistani targets for a nuclear attack would be all major cities and military targets of India, all major cities and military targets of Israel, all US bases in the middle east and Australia, Diego Garcia etc. Not to mention all the invading forces would be targeted with tactical nukes and neutron bombs. Israel and India would retaliate with their own nuclear weapons. It would be an absolute nightmare for the whole world. China would side with Pakistan as it has clearly stated already that any attack on Pakistan would be considered an attack on China. So China would step in; and when China steps in, mainland USA would be in danger of being invaded. How would you like that? War in New York and Washington like you see on the TV? By this time this war would not be called a war between Pakistan and USA, it would be called World War 3. Pakistan has large contingents of forces in many Arab countries like Saudi Arabia, Bahrain, Qatar which are friends of America etc. What do you think they would do? Oil prices would go over the roof causing a crisis in the whole world. Imagine a world without fuel for a day. lol. What do you think Iran would do in this situation? Recently there was a study done by International Physicians for the Prevention of Nuclear War that more than a billion people around the world would face starvation if India and Pakistan were to unleash their nuclear weapons – even if that war remains limited to the region. BTW, Pakistan has more than 300+ nukes in its arsenal, India has more than 150 and Israel is also somewhere close. Combined explosions of at least nearly 700 nukes would devastate the world. Ever heard of a nuclear winter?? If not then check this small introductory video out:

WW3. insecure weapons? no one has a single proof of dangers to Pakistani nukes, Pakistan is not Iraq or Afghanistan but a nuclear armed states and no one knows the whereabouts of the arsenals.
Pakistan army can use tactical nukes against Afghanistan as NATO attack will be launched from there. Taliban is resistance force and the harder you punch the more they will find recruits causing more trouble. if it was so easy to eliminate their sanctuaries US would have done this in Afghanistan. China would try to maintain its power in the region and can't allow a major war just across the border. It will be economic suicide for NATO. BTW NATO wont try to attack Pakistan conventionally as many countries in coalition wouldn't support it and also UN will oppose it as it would mean possible total destruction in the entire region ATLESAT.

Would the Pakistan Army fight back? You bet. Could the nuclear arsenal by wiped out. Yes. Could the Taliban's sanctuaries be eliminated? I think so. You have to ask yourself though, what would the Taliban do? They would simply regroup elsewhere. They are men driven by an idea, and until every last one of them is dead, they will continue to fight for that idea as much as they can. On top of that, yes it would spark a regional war involving other political powers and become a political nightmare.

Pakistan, owing to its wrong stance in the past is proved an axis of evil. Pakistan must have been targeted long time before even Iraq or Afghanistan. If Pakistan would have brought to the limits, then there might not be any need of those adventures which costed US lives, fortune and humiliation.
US is looking his way out of Afghanistan, its not likely that it would think of yet another adventure in form of charging Pakistan. Its not the same US we have seen in cold war etc. US sun is setting. The new power is already emerged.
For instance, if we believe that US is really going to repeat his blunder, on price of US lives and trillions of Dollars in Pakistan, then Pakistan would try to target Israel, as it claims some of its medium range Hataf series missiles with capability of carrying nukes, can reach Israel. But I don't see American govt, American think tank and American people got stamina for another war.

Pakistan is a nuclear nation that's on the point of conflict with india and china two different nuclear international locations over the kashistan neighborhood. Our presence is to hold an eye on them. As for afghanistan the Pakistani army and int are helping and supplying the taliban. No person has ever lasted in afghanistan in human historical past. We will be able to ultimately pull out with our tail between our legs just like the Huns, and Soviets earlier than us. However of direction like vietnam we can name it a victory

They'd hide behind the $23-million worth of anti-IED equipment we sent to protect our troops and that they refuse to release from their customs warehouse.
