Are these cells we're seeing?

This is a picture under a 50x magnification.

I've been having some trouble growing HeLa cells as of late, but lately things have started looking better, although I'm still not sure if these are HeLa cells. Are these similar to the appearance of HeLa cells under 50x magnification?

Many thanks!

Nope... smudges or maybe bacilli contamination. HeLa cells are typically squamous (flat) with a visible central nucleus and thin processes protruding out, flat against the substrate.

These are HeLa with a semi-exotic DNA stain from Wiki, and a higher magnification. The shape is unmistakable though.
