Your id is open when you are using questions and answers. Click the Mail icon, envelope, at the top of the answers page and it will take you to your mail screen. Click Inbox or Check mail to get to the messages. If you still can't maybe you can come back to your question, click the pencil/edit and tell us what happens when you try.
There are many problems at this time. Yahoo has their engineers trying to get things fixed.
