What do you normally eat for breakfast, lunch, dinner and for snacks?
I'm going to start working out and changing my diet and I'm interest on what your guys diets consist of.

Breakfast: half a banana and a little bit of oatmeal
Lunch: An apple with peanut butter and some carrot sticks
Snack: a handful of nuts
Dinner: Lentil soup, rice and beans, bean chilli, or something of that sort

Breakfast: Greek yogurt with fruit and a cup of green tea.
Lunch: A turkey sandwich, with a tiny bit of mustard, never mayo.
Dinner: whatever my mom cooks. usually some chicken or fish with veggies and maybe rice or potatoes. Sometimes we just have pasta with salad.
Snacks: Fruits and veggies :) i usually make a smoothie in the afternoon and that's my snack. sometimes i'll have a fruit bar/popsicle, they're really good and only 80 calories. :)
