how many calories should i be consuming?
i'm 5'3" female, 122lbs, 17% body fat... i'd like to lose 3 more pounds. i cross train, run intervals and weight train with a body builder (with less weight of course)... today, i ran for 50 minutes 9minute/mile and did weights (rear delts and shoulders)... how many calories, carbs, fat and protein should i be intaking?
