how do i reset my bodyclock?
m 46 i wake up at 6 and want it to be 8..

Go to bed later and have the room pitch black. This will make your body confused on the time. Like when you sleep at a hotel and you sleep late because of the black out curtians. The light is a natural awakener.

If you pull an "all nighter" and fall asleep 8 hours before you need to get up, this will reset your body clock.. this always works for me.
