How long will it take me to lose weight and get toned?
I am an 18 year old male, weighing 14 stone and roughly 6 foot tall, I have started running 3 miles every evening and am eating healthy food, (salad, pasta, skinless chicken ect.)
I'm not fat, I have puppy fat, only enough to pinch rather than handfuls, but when i sit down i can grab a handful off my gut.
I was wondering how much weight can i expect to lose in a month and how long will it take for me to get lean and for abs to show through?
P.s, i should add i'm only eating 3 meals a day, rather than 6 small meals. And I'm aiming for a 600 calorie deficit in what I'm eating.
