which has the lowest concentration of co2? Lungs, muscle tissue, or Aveolus?

Well, the alveoli are located in the lungs, so that's really the same thing. It depends on rate of metabolism, but it is the skeletal muscles, who diffuse CO2 out to the blood almost as fast as it forms under normal conditions.
