    It's actually quite simple

    first add them up

    25f + 2f + f = 28f, and now this squared = (28f) squared = and this can be written as

    28 squared x f squared = 784 x f squared

you add all of the like terms and get 28f^2

in case you are wondering ^2 means to the second power

when you square 28 you get 724 and f squared is f^2

    so the answer is 724f^2
